Rusk County Memorial Hospital's dedicated CD burner allows for the distribution of digital images to patients, referring providers and institutions requesting patient studies. The burner records the digital images and corresponding reports on to a CD so images can be reviewed by physicians from any computer.
Vitrea 3D Workstation
Rusk County Memorial Hospital has a Vital Images 3D Vitrea workstation. This highly specialized computer technology is utilized to reconstruct CT and MRI images into a 3D format. The 3D image can be manipulated to help clearly define any area of concern and assist in providing an accurate diagnosis.
